Surely, we've given up on the Zeiss digital. In the current economy will Leica risk an M9 ... I'd like to think so but I'm not holding my breath! :D

Without that mirror box there has to be room for them to move without turning it into a truck.

As said I like it a lot but have fallen out of favour with digital a little lately ... in the time I've owned it I've clocked up less than 6000 shutter actuations and very few in the last few months.

No reason to sell it though as there is certainly nothing better on the market IMO and as much as I see the 4/3 system as growing very quickly it's not my thing and a rangefinder is my personal camera of choice for film or digital.

Ok ... I didn't mean to call you immature. I retract that! :D
 
Switched from Rd-1s to M8. Both worked flawlessly but the M8 is far superior in the one realm that really matters to me: image quality.
