Durst 609?

I had to machine a LATUB/HOTUB which is 6cm recessed to get the 50mm working. It barely worked with a Siriotub, which is 2cm recessed. However, I understand later Durst enlargers we made with the helicoil closer to the negative, which means you don't need a Latub and a Siriotub would suffice. My prehistoric Durst A600 ( which goes up to 6X9 ) however, needs a Latub to get the lens closer to the negative.

Mine was machined from nylon and was before it was painted matte black. Cost equivalent US11, an aluminium one will cost 25.

It's much easier to fabricate one than to hunt for a proper original Durst .

I recently bought a Durst 609, but it came without a baseboard. I read somewhere that the maximum enlargement is 11x14", but I can't find the dimensions of the baseboard anywhere, including the manual.

I have some pictures that are important to me that I'd like to print soon, and it would mean a lot to me to do it for myself rather than pay someone else or send the negatives away and risk losing them.

If anyone with a Durst 609 could do a quick measure, has the size somewhere and can post it here, I would be very grateful. Equally, if the size doesn't really matter, that's just as good.
