Dwayne's website states:

Due to the ongoing coronavirus situation, we are temporarily closed and are experiencing delays in our processing time. We hope to be back in limited operation on July 6th. If you have questions, please email us and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
I called Dwayne's on June 16 and spoke to a nice lady who told me they were accepting film for developing and that the lead time was running about two weeks. I sent them several rolls for development, scans, and prints. My film was delivered to Dwayne's on June 19. I called them yesterday and twice today and only got a recorded message saying they were closed. I emailed them yesterday through the contact form on their website, but haven't received any response.

I'm fairly certain that when I shipped my film, the website only said they were experiencing delays in their processing but did not say they were closed. I could be wrong about that; however, the lady that I spoke with definitely told me they were operating at a reduced capacity and could get my film processed in about two weeks.

I really need my scans because one of my rolls was for a photo contest and the deadline to submit entries is next week. I told Dwayne's this and the person I spoke with advised me to address my film to her attention and mark it "RUSH," which I did.

Anyone had any film processed by Dwayne's recently? If so what was the turnaround time?

Follow up on my post from Friday. I just called Dwaynes and the person I spoke with said they had to close completely due to a local government imposed shutdown due to COVID-19. They expect to have their employees back at work later this week and will be processing film in the order in which received. She confirmed receipt of my film on June 19 and indicated I can expect to receive my scans in 1–2 weeks.

Under the circumstances, the delay is totally understandable and I'm not at all displeased with Dwayne's. While I'm disappointed I'll probably miss the cutoff for my photo contest, I understand everyone is operating under difficult circumstances at present and I am not in any way unhappy about Dwayne's service.
