So I have these bunch of Provia 100 F in 135 and Velvia 50 in 120 rolls exposed, BUT the guys at fujifilm uruguay won't process it anymore (I was luck to had it processed last year but since October 2010 they dont do it any more, ohhh great, wondering if fuji headquarters can put pressure on its uruguayan counterpart :S)
Anyway, there is a possibility one great pro photographer in Uruguay will accept my rolls to include them in his light classroom rolls to be processed.
These depends on the chemicals and how the process works out (chemicals may be expired), he is very demanding with quality so it depends if the results on his trials are up to his expectations
In any case, i am seeing myself in the future processing slides on my own with the lil paterson in the kitchen. Am planning on building a temp controller for the bath using a PIC or something.
Seems 6 steps E6 from kodak is a nice balance between quality and labour.
Having searched for process kits one thing that is starting to matter is that they say they wont ship airmail, only ground... but, im in Uruguay!!
This might be a no go for me Im afraid. Does anybody knows how can I get chemicals shipped as gift through normal airmail? (or this is a defacto no go?)
