easiest m4/3 camera with wifi/wireless?

What's the best and easiest to use m4/3 (or other removable lens A mode camera), that one can get to easily upload selected photos?

The EPL versions take far too many steps, from what I've seen, download an app on phone, take a photo of the QR code on the rear screen, begin import. Almost as painful as moving an SD card to a PC.

Are there any devices that simply stream the photos to your phone through wifi or bluetooth, and later, the images you took on the m4/3 are just on the phone?

Any cameras that take data sims?

After playing with wifi options from canon, nikon, leica, fuji, sony, and olympus- honestly the olympus setup is generally the easiest to do if you want a password protected setup. The nikon non-secure setting is slightly quicker the first time, but after that they take about the same amount of time. Pretty sure every camera requires a specific app though.

FWIW, You only have to scan the QR code the FIRST time you connect w/ the olympus, unless you're doing a one-time-connect setup (choosable in the menu). After that, your phone should remember the password and connect automatically when you start the wifi. (as long as you aren't already on another wifi network)

I haven't messed w/ the panasonic settings though, so I don't know how they compare.

Everythings still a little clunky from all mfg's, things will probably get better integrated in another few generations.

Good point! I'd completely forgotten about the Air! Not quite my cup of tea, but I know a few people who have them and really like them. (mostly used as backups to an OM-D setup...)

I sold mine for other reasons, but I think, for the described purpose, it is a good choice. Also, it is really an impressive camera in terms of portability (especially combined with the 14-42EZ Pancake) and "fun-factor".

An eye-fi card will do this. I had my E-P3 set up to send to my ipad. Once set up it just sends and sends.

Thanks, that's great info. The air is not what I'm looking for, but I'll look into the eye-fi a bit more, and consider the EP5 with the QR code - that's good to know that it's a one time connection to the phone, that would speed things up.

If the Eye-Fi has selective options, and doesn't retrieve all, that may be a good option. My phones don't have removable storage, a lot of it, but not removeable.

I have a Pany GM1 and it's a breeze to set up for WiFi. Works well.

With the eye-fi cards you can select what photos you want to transfer.

Do you own a apple phone? You're out of luck. If you own an Android phone, get a camera with NFC.
