My older daughter is playing hide-and-seek with her mother and the boys next door - who heard the laughts coming from my parent's in a law garden - took a ladder and stood over the fence to observe. I like this sense of privacy based on camaraderie, i do enjoy it whenever i go back.

Reminds me of my days living in Africa. Whenever I'd spend a moment alone in the garden, neighbors would appear to inquire whether I was sick, lonely, hungry or thirsty.

That’s a while ago. That building with the tours and fast food is now “Capriccio pasta café Pizzeria” and “Meet burger”.

In 1993 the building was almost in ruins. Old Town Praha has certainly changed.

On Good Saturday, people in Poland attend church carrying baskets containing bread, salt, eggs, butter in a shape of a lamb, ham and a slice of cake. These are my daughters going to their local church last April.
