back to the 'hood. Many people got evitcted, and some houses are now closed shut "due to poor overall state" and "legal defects".
I'm waiting for another roll of Vision 500T with interior shots of a nicer house from the hood, and the conditions are ridiculous.

Beautiful pictures Jan. Legal Defects must be referring to the amount of asbestos for roof !

asbestos, fungus on the walls... in each house they are around 8 families, and they have a shared showers and bathrooms looking like this:

the true problems are because this year the lease agreement between university and city hall expired so the city is now doing some clean up.
for example about 200 people "came into possession of the premises in a manner unknown to the city hall" and another 250 are staying there without lease agreements.
this month the entire estate was granted the status of a historical monument, so there are less chances it would be sold to developers and demolished, but given what happened to many historical buildings in Warsaw before it's not impossible.
