seems there is lot of scam in the ebay photo section.
1. Offer from US: GX617, starting at 100 USD.
2. No bids.
3. Last 24 hours.
4. He ask to contact him upfront.
5. Sent him email.
6. After 1 min reply:

I think good stuff has its price, dont get fooled by this people !
Second case (still active item GX617): one guy offering from US, seems real and serious, has bids already. Another guy from China use the same pictures (homemade in someones bathroom) of the same GX617 offering for much lower price.
