This is a good one. I saw an ad for a nice Leica kit of craigslist a few weeks ago. Guy wanted $3000 firm for a bunch of stuff. And as he said, "no low-ballers or time wasters."
Fast forward to today, and the same ad minus the lowballer comment is on ebay, same photos and everything, for a buy it now of $1800. What a deal!
Oh, but he's got a different email than the original guy. And he's only bought or sold 10 things before, all of them under $3. And he's also selling all of his other gear, hasselblads, noctiluxes, rolleis, 3 more leicas, a movie camera, etc.
Anyway, be aware. Schmucks ahead.
