I phoned Sherry and left a detailed message and she didn't return the call. I also emailed her as well as Don and Don responded within a day. I would prefer to do business with someone who responds in a timely manner and so far Don is that person. I suppose I will need to be reassured about his schedule. Thanks everyone for your assistance.

Weird, I had the exact opposite experience. I actually wanted to go through DAG just because he lives 30 minutes away from me, but...I just couldn't get a response.
