I've found a Leica M7 body at 2200 Euros on edc-group.com
I think it's a bargain.. What do you think ?
anyone ever ordered on this site ?

Sorry, Luneray. I was drawn to your post hoping that EDC-Group was a self help organization (12 steps or something of that nature), maybe "Eliminate the Desire for Cameras-Group? I was considering taking the pledge...:D

That translates to US$2850 and if that's a bargain in France, then I suggest you seriously look into buying from Hong Kong. I have read a number of posts where people in Europe have successfully bought camera equipment from HK so it can be done.
 
Yeah, that is highway robbery. They are probably around 1950 Euro for a new US version with 3 year passport warranty from adorama (2500-2600USD). You can cut a lot more off of that by buying grey market from someone like Tony Rose....I am not sure whether you will need to pay VAT to get it into France though...that could be a problem.
 
Man, you're SO lucky in the US !
In France a new Leica M7 body is worth 3200 Euros !!!! that's why I thought 2200 was a bargain .... I'll try American sites or Kong Kong : thanks for the advice !
