Has anyone heard from Eddie Smolov lately? Used him for repair several years ago and was impressed. Is he still in business? If so, how can I contact him?

And he had referred his work to Jerry Sorin, who I believe passed away recently. So I guess now if you have a Contax to be repaired, it goes to Henry Scherer (and you wait forever), Oleg Khalyavin in Russia, or Mark Hansen. Anyone else?

I would not repair any Contax. They are very cheap on ebay.
