Yes, you're right Erik. I saw that this morning, but thought it had to do with the settings on my iPad. But on my computer it's the same.
More work for Stephen, I'm afraid.

i think one of the 'rff improvements' asked for was an auto downsizing of photos as some members tend to load jumbo sized images…i believe we are in a test phase...

Wow! I've never noticed this functionality has no time-limit! In most cases editing a post is limited to the first 30 or 60 minutes, or so.

Right... now I have to go back and amend all my posts to retrospectively win all the arguments I got into over the years... 😉

The current scaling stuff makes the photos look like garbage right now: poor scaling algorithm and too small. They look like badly scanned thumbnails.

Change it or I won't see much value to posting photos here anymore. I take some effort to make my photos look good and find that most viewers are comfortable with 1024 or 1200 pixels on the long edge these days.
