Looking through the Massive Dev Chart for Xtol showed times for Ektar 100 film. That's a colour negative film in a B&W developer.

Has anyone tried this??? Really curious to know what the results would be.

Some people will do anything in the name of "creativity."
Few, if any, have a point.
Kodachrome can be developed in B&W developers.

No color at all. I suppose you might be able to get the orange base to add some ugly color effects during scanning. I'll be quiet until somebody offers some samples. There is evidence here at RFF of folks developing various C-41 films in various B&W developers. Search. Try Rodinal & C-41
The Kodachrome process involved a B&W negative first and color dyes second. I had a few rolls leftover after the processing cut-off. One of these days I'll shoot the film and develop the B&W image.
