That sounds like it could be a touchy place to do street shooting! I base that on absolutely nothing but news reports I've heard, so you'll have to forgive my ignorance.

EDIT: I should have added that, despite what I said, if I lived nearby I would probably take you up on it!

Juarez, yes, and you need a passport to get back in the States.

Murder rate in Juarez is down dramatically from last year. I believe Chicago now takes the title as most dangerous city in North America. And El Paso is the safest large city in the US.
