Electro 35 GSN ASA question

Whats up guys

I just got a awesome GSN off ebay and ordered the batteries. The batteries havn't came in the mail yet so im not sure if it works or not even though it seems to work. My question is i can easily move the asa dial. I this supposed to happen? i thought the outer ring is supposed to move. Well they both move lol

I really dont want to brake this and i think i might because this is my first film so can i have some help =]

You are correct, just the outer dial should move. Can you tighten the center retaining screw on the ASA dial? Use a rubber stopper to get a grip on it.

ok thanks a lot. I'm not sure if the numbers are in the correct position. Do you know if its ok for the asa to be a little off?

Turn the asa dial clockwise till it stops ( looking from back).
You can then line up the 25 with the red mark.
