I just got back from a photography open featuring work by Elliott Erwitt. He was at the open and I had a chance to meet him and talk with him a little.

His B&W prints were excellent. He said his primary camera was a leica with tri-x, and he used a leitz enlarger. Some of his images were printed very large for 35mm (30x40) and they looked fantastically sharp.

If you have a chance to see his work I highly recommend it.

Nice! Where was the forum? Downtown Atlanta? I see you are in Marietta. I was stationed at NAS right down the road in the early to mid 80's.

This was at Jackson Fine Art in Buckhead (Atlanta for those not from around). Also Todd Selby (and his worK) was there - interesting color work from him.

IS NAS the Dobbins reserve base?
