Email Notification back on line

I have enabled email notification of new posts and allow users to contact members via email as well. This feature was turned off for the longest time and Stephen wanted it back on.

The email programs were sending out thousands of old emails and notifications.

We found a way to fix that as well as clean out the old notifications.

Thanks, already did that and it must have changed somewhere so I just changed the option again. Weird.
