English Language manual 2 speed MOOLY

Has anyone a pdf or an original they could scan, of the English language manual for the early 2 speed MOOLY clockwork motor for Leica Model II to IIIb cameras. I have seen a photograph of the front cover, so I know one was published. Mike Butkus has a copy of the later German language version for the single speed version but insufficient German seems to have remained in my greyware to cope with this. I pretty much know how it all works, but there might be some additional little wrinkle, which I have not picked up from trial and error. I have a 2 speed MOOLY on my IIIa.

Some kind person on the LUF pointed me in the correct direction. The English language instructions for the MOOLY , dated January 1939, are shown in full in James Lager's book Leica Literature 1930-60, albeit the single speed version of the motor. This was a book I had been meaning to buy for some time and this has encouraged me to act. Leica Store Manchester had a new copy at less than some US sellers were asking for a well used one.
