Enlargers and Accessories in Saigon (HCMC)

I’m moving to Saigon and would like to set up a darkroom while I’m there. Are enlargers for 35mm and 6x7 B&W easy to find? Are their accessories abundant?

I see that the film community is quite active with places like CropLab, Stung Cam, Darkroom Cafe and others so there must be a source(s).

Any advice or information is appreciated.
