What is the difference between this and Epson PhotoRaw?

I installed it. Aside from it being 15.4mb as opposed to 10.2, in a very brief look, I can't see any difference. (I'm not sure what conditions I agreed to in Japanese; but once installed the menus are in English)

Yes, that seems to be. It´s also for R-D1(s), but nothing new.
Google language tool Japanese-to-German is exceptionally doing a goog job.

No IQ difference at first glance but 'Apply from Favorite Parameter' and 'EPSON Photolier Help' seem inactive so far.
