It was recently suggested to me that I look at the new Epson V350 as a cheaper alternative to the Epson V700 / Nikon V ED, primarily for quick scans suitable for posting on the internet.
Apparantly it comes with a built-in filmstrip feeder, like the Nikon V ED, that handles up to 6 negatives at a time which sounds rather convenient.
So my question is has anyone tried one of these scanners yet, and if so what's the quality of the scans like? How about scanning speed?
