I'd say - it depends. If owner of 14' is tired of large flare prone lens and setting exposure manually, then he will like GSN. If owner of GSN has met situations when automatic shutter speed has puzzled him or given sample calculates speed oddly, then he could benefit from using 14. If both parties are tired by their cameras and want "new camera", it also would work. So it really depends.
Personally I would buy GSN to complement 14. Speaking in terms of monetary value, for me seems that Lynx 14 almost always needs some work on it, fetches bigger coin on ebay and GSN is easier to get. Properly CLAed 14 is "more of camera" than "clean, working GSN" - that's my, and only my, opinion.
