Hear hear. I saved Erik's succinct instructions on split grade printing and tried it out this past weekend. If you haven't seen it, check it out. I had no trouble and printed my first one off in under an hour. There was definitely an immediate improvement in the range of grays, although I may need to fine tune my technique still.

EDIT: I would also love a print copy of your photographs. I make it a point to support living artists when I can and I like the idea that one day when I pass away, someone will find your book in a dusty bookstore and take it home to appreciate it too.
