This thread is for everyone for wants to share pictures from Ethiopia.

I am almost at the end of a 1-month business trip to Ethiopia. While I stayed most of the time in Addis Ababa, I got the opportunity to travel around for a few days. All I can say is that this country has amazing landscapes and fascinating cultural and religious places.

The first part of my journey took me to the Simien Mountains, a national park in Northern Ethiopia. It is an incredible place full of plateaus, great views and mountains as big as 4,500 meters.

No problem Pacco, I saw your thread and couldn't resist it! I only saw Addis Ababa, I was working there for a week, the people were so friendly and relaxed. I walked into that market at dawn and quietly shot those pictures. At one point I must have had 30+ people circling me wanting to see the back of the camera with no problems at all... Unnerving for me but I soon got used to it!

I would like to go back and see more of Ethiopia...

Simon, this is fantastic selection of pictures, please go ahead if you have more. I like to close distance of the 28mm lens, it feels like being in the middle of the scenes.

Thank you all for your kind comments. Ethiopia is indeed a beautiful country and has a breathtaking nature. Too bad I cannot visit more places due to my limited time here.
