EUROMEET 2014, which weekend?

Well if the date is 7th June I'm forced to skip this Euromeet. 17th May is something like 99%.

Did I miss some news? Gdansk is closer to Kaliningrad than any of the Baltic capitals.

That is correct, but Russian forces would not travel through Poland to reinforce and support it's outpost, whereas Lithuania and Latvia each have 'Russian speaking minorities' and lie directly between Russia and Kaliningrad . . .

From the location poll the clear favourite remains Gdansk, so that will be the location for the 2014 Euromeet

There appears to be no further feedback since yesterday. I suggest that we choose the weekend of 17th.May. This will also allow our Czech colleagues to visit, which seems fair after all the hard work they put in last year.
