OK, guys... after one user changed his vote, we are tied with respect to place, with one close runner-up:
  • Lisbon came out at 8 votes
  • Heidelberg came out at 8 votes
  • Vienna came out at 7 votes
(everything else came out 3 votes or less; 33 people voted)

We are almost tied with respect to the time slot:
  • The weekend of 30th/31st May came out at 9 votes
  • The weekend of 2nd/3rd May came out at 8 votes
(everything else was 6 votes or less; 19 people voted)

Therefore, I propose one final voting poll to settle on the place and weekend, choosing from the six leading options (3 cities times 2 weekends).

I will make this poll multiple choice, so please check all combinations that work for you.
Please be aware that this poll will be closed exactly one week from now, on Tuesday, April 7!!!
(This is to ensure that people can make travel arrangements in time).
Also please be aware that this poll is public. This will make it easier for me to see who voted which way and organize things after the poll ends.

@ MODS:
At the rate that we have been receiving input, I will have to push this thread to the top several times a day by posting reminders, in order to get a meaningful result within one week.
Please excuse my doing so, or feel free to suggest a different mode of operation.
 
It's looking like I will be in Lisbon anyway on the weekend of May 2nd/3rd, so I'll certainly join if that's the final selection.

I voted options 2 and 4, but meant to vote 2 and 6. Can you please correct that? Thank you!
 
The chances I will be able to attend are low anyway so I rather don't vote. Heidelberg is the best (but least interesting) option for me since we have friends down there so I could get my wife to make it a family trip. Chances are still low tho
 
I see a lot of people voting on the first where/when threads have not voted here yet.

I voted Lisbon, because I like Lisbon best, and also because there are sometimes very inexpensive flights from Lyon. Finally getting to hang out with Jonmanjiro in person would be a bonus, too!
