To get a single roll of each film I wanted to try, I now had to order from three(!) shops in Germany. I should've used mx2.fr, shipping wouldn't have been much more.
Oh, and I probably won't order from fotokoch.de again, since their shipping costs are too high in comparison, and available payment methods are inconvenient if you don't want to pay extra fees (for using a credit card for example).

I can say that i have used Macodirekt.de from Germany, they are polity and has ok dispatch times, only problem is the shipping company they use that is UPS as they suck totally. The packages has always been a total mess on delivery.
Also if there is any problems with the goods from Macodirekt they will fix it. Will be ordering some E6 and C41 chemistry tomorrow. I surely can recommend them.

You are using definitely the wrong strategy:
Because you can't get a solid assessment of a film type and it's characteristics by using only one roll of it.
Then you will get only a superficial view.
It would have been better if you ordered the five packs and now take time and patience to shoot the different films and explore their strenghts and different characteristics.

Absolutely agree with you. But five packs of about ten different emulsion would most definitely have busted my budget. So for the time being, a "superficial view" will have to suffice
