No but this is a very nice easy-to-follow circuit diagram that just about anyone could use to build a tester. Thanks for the link! 🙂

Peter_n I built it but the panel meter needle don't go to the center. I have checked the circuit but I couldn't figure out what's wrong.

You have a potentiometer wired near the meter which is presumably for adjusting it. Have you tried that?
