What the...? I've never been inside one of the later Rolleis, but on every TLR I've worked on, the viewing lens is one continuous barrel while the taking lens is in two pieces to go on the front and back of the shutter block. How did they even assemble this??

Hasn't someone just swapped over the name rings around the two lenses? The taking lens looks rather like the Planar here.

You're spot on.

The viewing lens has a faint inward bulging reflection that is normal for triplets, and the taking lens has the outward bulging, and almost mirror-like, reflection that is expected to be seen on double-Gauss lenses like the Planar.
