A portfolio of more than 1,500 images of Cornwall are to be sold at Penzance Auction House with an estimate of £25,000. This rare collection of photographs depict the ordinary lives of Cornish men and women from the 19C and early 20C century:

That is an amazing archive and the name Gibson is famous here in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
