exhibition jan 11 - feb 22 in berlin !

well done Simon. Fantastic work!

You have a definitive/consistent style throughout which is very difficult to keep up over time. The tonality of your b/w work is second to none too - I'd challenge anyone to produce those tones with a digital camera....

Congratulations Simon- a fitting recognition of your talent and all the hard work you put in to consistently create so many such lovely images. I have a very brief visit to Germany next week, unfortunately before the start of your show, but I am trying to arrange a return to catch it. Good luck!

Congratulations. I'd come but too far away. My oldest friend lives in Berlin. I'll pass this on to him. He likes my photos. He'll love yours.

I will drop in for sure! Martin showed me a photograph of a print. Huuuge! Can't wait to see them in real life!

Oh no! I will be leaving the island of Europe and returning to the mainland of Britain on the 10th, so will miss your opening! But I'll be back a week later, so could find my way to Berlin over the next month or so . . .

Good luck with any (inevitable?) last minute glitches after the weeks of hard work. I hope the show proves lucrative as well as fun.
:)

the pictures are sorted and hanging. it looks quite nice.

the galerist wanted (usually has to) to sell drinks for a small price. now it looks like my grandmother will pay for EVERYBODY's. that's a grandmother you wish you had.

sneak a peek!

80x53 cm print. on a wall.

Now for something *really* stupid:

(I mean, I could have checked the date again...)

((but then again, I was sure it was Thursday))

(((I was somewhat surprised to find the room totally devoid of visitors. Or a host. The photos are exceptionally beautiful. Only then I realized I was a day early...)))
