I have been using the XF 60MM lens a lot recently and country to popular opinion I have not had any real issue with the lens in terms of focus accuracy or speed. i have posted shots and a summary here if you are interested.

nice shots! I'm using 60mm even at night I don't have much trouble with the focus, I plan to use more for portraits.

Thanks for the comment. Yes, so long as there is contrast in the scene there is no issue, which is not really that surprising. I did spend some time with this combination trying to shoot Horse Ball at the Cheval Passion, just for grins. Horse Ball is like basketball on horse back, only you don't bounce the ball. It's a very fast moving game. Given the design and purpose of this camera it's also not surprising that it did not cope with it.
