Expired ???

I just developed a roll of Ilford FP4 which expired some 30 years ago.
It had been sitting in my Leica IIIb to check if the curtains had light leaks. Well, they haven't. But what came out of the developer tank most pleasantly surprised me.
Whoever has any expired film to move, just shove it my way. I love it.

These pictures make me think it might be worth taking all that expired film out of our fridge and leave it lying around the house for a few years.

Very nice. What developer did you use? I have tons of expired TMY (2013) and process them with HC110 because it is supposed to minimise fog. I wonder if it really makes any difference.

Thanks Rayt. I've developed these in HC110, I tried Amaloco and Rodinal earlier and the results are very similar: they all look like spoiled as they are, but with a touch of romance (when you have an eye for it 🙂)
