Exposure log

Was wondering if anybody has any exposure data forms that can be downloaded and printed, iso, f stop, shutter speed, lighting etc. I always scratch stuff down in a notebook, then forget about it half way through the roll. Then Wish I had kept better track after developing.

I use filmtrackr.com - have a look. It's free and it's great but you do need to have data on your phone all the time to log things. Good part is that it also logs the location of the shot via GPS or whatever that's called, cell tower triangulation.

Why not make a form using a shreadsheet or something?
