I like that street shot. There are lots of expensive handheld ight meters that give spot/flash, etc, but I've been very happy with an old Sekonic L-318B incident meter. It's always given me correct readings even in "difficult" light. You can find them on Ebay very resonably priced, digital and uses one easy to find AA battery.
