Possibly the same: I don't think either has bright frames.

Tewe is like an SLR, no frame lines. Not sure of the Nikon, never owned one. The big difference is the size of the image is larger in the Tewe, at least to me it is.

I had a Nikon photobizz and it was similar to what I see on my Leica III. It's has 0.XX magnification and is different from an SLR. It does have an adjustment for distance, but I never liked the view. My two bits.

The Leitz Imarect doesn't change magnification like the Nippon Kogaku, Tewes or a SLR.

The basic image is the same, but the zooming of the Tewe is a huge plus if you're using 90mm or bigger.

The special virtue of the VIDOM and Imarect (VIOOH) is that the frame edges are in focus, due to the special optical design. This is a key feature of these finders -- they are accurate.
The built-in one on the screwmounts is fuzzy-edged. The zoom ones (Nikon, Tewe, Walz, etc.) are fuzzy-edged.
My Walz zoom finder has some pretty strong diopter at the telephoto end. Not compatible with a 50-year-olds Presbyopia.
