Hi, What is that Hiss sound on the F3 ? when you hold shutter open you can hear that sound right ?

Ceramic capacitors used as part of a DC-DC converter are a more likely cause ( some dielectrics are piezo-electric )

Yup, probably converter noise - that is what you could hear in earlier electronic flashes, too. Converters were often audio frequency driven (or at least near enough that subharmonics fell into the audio band).
I've never encountered a integrated quartz oscillator that did not operate at least in the megahertz range - the size of the quartz resonator is proportional to the wave length, a kHz one would hardly fit inside anything camera-sized...
