The photo of your dad looks timeless. Great portrait indeed. It always struck me this way whenever I saw it here in this forum.

It's been fun seeing what some of you really look like. All this time I thought that FrankS was really his avatar.

Here is a larger version of my avatar. It's a self-portrait taken during a photo workshop in Santa Fe last March. I mounted my Nikon FE on a tripod in a dimly-lit hallway of the dorm, set the self timer, and headed down the hall towards a mirror. The lighting and composition were pure luck.

Well, that´s me. Picture was taken with my Lynx 14 by my grlfriend during a stop at the restaurant in a short vacation at Puerto Pirámides in the south of the country. By the way, I´ll be 53 on Feb.
