I have an opportunity to buy a Bronica S2 (NOT S2a) and I'm wondering what a fair price would be? It is described as in "pristine" condition and does look that way.

It also comes with the following:

Nikkor P 75mm f/2.8 lens
Original Kit Packaging and Boxes
Manual
Cover/case
2nd Filminder Back (Magazine Back)
3 Filters - 0-85A (Orange), 0-81B (Amber), SY44.26 (Y1) (Light Yellow)

Any suggestions / input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

UPDATE: He's asking $375 or best offer. That said, I'm still not sure if $375 is a good deal or if I should make an offer of a lesser sum - and how much less?

Yeah, $375 is too much. I'll probably be selling an S2A kit in the near future. 2 bodies, both with 'issues' but working well. 50mm and 75mm lenses. 2 backs, chimney finder, etc. Probably around $300 or so.... just to give na idea of where the prices are these days.

(This IS NOT an offer to sell; if and when I want to sell I will go through the proper channels.)

If this is on Ebay, do an advanced search and look at 'completed sales' to see what actual prices have been. Many of the 'buy it now/make offer' prices never sell.

I had an S2 when they were young, and other photographers kidded me that it would end up more expensive than a Hasselblad – because to keep one in working order, you had to buy two.

I did like the lens, though.
