I have a nice, and very clean example of the above which has been CLA'd by Youxin Ye.From the serial number it is a 11f, from 1953, with a factory upgrade.
I still need to replace a printer and scanner, and this could raise the funds,so can anyone give me some guidance as to a fair value before I advertise it.

Thanks,
Brian.

Too bad they didn`t keep it a IIFBD (they are rare, I have one myself)
less than 10,000 were made - many were upgraded, that`s why original one`s are harder to find

IIFBD to IIIFBD conversion , real clean with a Youxin CLA I`d say easy $250 to $275 for a nice "starter" camera for someone - (I noticed you are in England) camera prices in the UK currently for LTM Leica are slightly higher than here so add + $50 *it`s a supply and demand thing*

Thanks Tom,I wasn't aware of the rarity of the unaltered model. Also for the guide prices, the European differential is probably a lot higher though.:(
Cheers,

Hallo Brian, my IIIfRD, lovely clean and CLA'd by Youxin went for £170 after sitting in the classifieds for a while.

The exchange rate means it works out cheaper to buy from the US so it's knocked down prices in the UK.
