Fast AF ???? Sony FE 50mm f/1.4 ZA

The new Sony FE 50mm f/1.4 ZA is here. Is there anybody here who can inform us about the speed and accuracy of the AF capabilities of this awesome lens? Has anybody tested it? Online reviews don't reveal anything about AF.

Better late than never.

I have used this lens on a few model shoots, it's AF on my A7R is surprisingly capable and fast enough given how huge the elements are in this lens. The AF is noticeably faster than that of the Batis 85.

Overall the lens is really awesome, and there is a good taste of Zeissness in there too.

But I dont think its 1500 bucks awesome....

Here are a few shots from a shoot I did a couple weeks ago with the 50 1.4 on the A7R. The AF speed was fast enough to follow around a moving model despite the A7R's crappy auto focus.
