I just received my new 28 Ultron & 28 brightline finder, 7 days from California to Iraq! Talk about good service! I guess the USPS had something to do with it but to get it here that fast Mr. Gandy must have bribed the post man.😱

My ultron is already in Portugal! Unfortunately not at my house, but at portuguese customs, but that is not CameraQuest fault 🙂

I second all the above. He waived the return postage (I think bcause I am a member here) and when the camera went 'astray' offered me another as a quick replacement.
Can't ask for more.
One outfit I orderd a small part from didn't even reply for 6 months and that was with the part, in the mail. :-(
