I wrote up a blog post today that is somewhat different than I generally write, and thought I'd share it here for anyone who is interested. I'd also love to hear thoughts from others on the subject--feel free to share.

Fathers, Cameras, and England

Cheers,

Trevor

Interesting read. My father died when I was in the 7th grade. Even if belated, you have a chance I never had, to get closer to your father. My father and I weren't problems to each other, but we never got to share the things that kids and fathers get to share as they get older. Revel in it every chance you get!!

Trevor--great read!
Thanks for sharing...my Dad died when I was 24--and at that time, of course, I knew everything and he was the old fart.
Now "I" am the old fart and wish I had had a few more conversations with Dad.
Good for you BOTH!!

Trevor, thanks for the heartfelt article. My situation was very much like Paul's above, my father passed when I was 25. And I do envy those who have a mature/maturing relationship with their fathers. Enjoy the great adventures the 2 of you hvae had and will have.

Thanks, y'all. There is something about menu and fathers. It's a unique relationship that's not always easy. Many of you lost your fathers and I'm glad I've still got mine, and we are enjoying time together.

wonderful read Trevor, thanks for sharing.

The first three pictures are great! Very intimate and captivating.
