I use the leica one's.
But as of late im wondering if there are any really good alternatives?
I generally have the leica over one shoulder, sometimes i have one on each shoulder. at those times i would like a more comfortable, streachy, grippier alternative.

You might want to look at UpStrap RF strap if you want the very best non-slip strap. I've used these on my M8's for a long time plus DLSR's as well. Absolutely does not slip around unlike most other marques.
The other I can recommend is the Leicatime (Luigi) strap. Super soft and beautifully made and I find it very very comfortable to use. This certainly is a quality item that matches the aesthetic of the Leica M series.

I use the CV (Cosina Voigtlander) strap - the leather gromets do a great job of protecting the camera from wear at the eyelets and the wider width means the camera sits more easily on your shoulder.

I highly recommend this strap (Luigi). Super Soft and easily adjustable. I have two of these and an Upstrap. If you put a strap around your neck, the Luigi strap is the only way to go. On the shoulder, The Upstrap stays put better.

I've just taken delivery of one of these, as well as an Artisan & Artist half case, for my Leica MP, and while a strap is just a strap, and all that, it does look very nice!

The Lowepro Speedster has a great grippy texture and is perfect for over the shoulder camera carrying, plus it's pretty easy to find. I'm also a big fan of the Voigtlander Deluxe Strap (by A&A) which has been mentioned in this tread. It's very simple, but clean and comfortable.

Exactly. Most of us can't afford big, high-end luxuries, so the occasional small one is very welcome.

I've got a Luigi strap (and a half case), and it really is beautifully made and a pleasure to carry around. But I also have one of Gordy's neck straps with a neck pad added - it's strong, functional, beautiful in a minimalist way, and cheap.

I currently use the Domke Gripper (without the Quick-Release) but am finding that they still slip off the shoulder and after a while the grippy stuff will peel off...
I may be in the market to try a different brand...

Use to have the Epson RD1 one but did not like having the camera weight on my neck. So I used to hold it in my hand. Until I bought the Y Strap reviewed by Sean Reid (no affiliation of course). Just got it today and went for a few quick pictures around the Arc de Triomphe (i know, my practice ground is not decent). Came back very satisfied with it : don't feel the weight of the camera, less obvious to people and very quick to raise to your eyes. Also, I like the fact that you can easily take quick shots from the waist level with one hand only as the one sided ring is a pretty stable support when hangind on the strap. I'll let you know if my opinion changes after more usage
