These are great. Agree about the first one. It's not as though you can't put your name on your grave, really, can you?

clicker, i am finding that the tmax 1+9 holds highlights for scans better than d-76.

Careful sensitometric testing showed me that the real speed of Tri-X in TMax was quite a lot higher than in D76. If you're shooting at 400 it's a slight pull in TMax but a slight push in D76. That could be why your highlights are holding better.

These look great, Paul. The developing information adds usefulness for people here.

I am uncomfortable with cemeteries since I became an adult.

Interesting observation Raid...I've become more comfortable with them upon becoming an adult...

Unusual but true story...
When I was about 6 or 7 years old our parents had to attend a service of some sort at a cemetery, most likely there was an open casket involved...they were concerned over freaking out me and my sister (two years older) so instead of taking us inside where the service was being held they left us in the car...yeah, they took our brother but we were stuck waiting in the car, at a cemetery...at night...very true story...😛

When I became an adult, wars started in Iraq, and the thought of being reminded of the killed people is not a good thought. Therefore I stay away from cemetries.

thanks, Marty. i'm no techie, but i much appreciate those who are. what do you think is the practical rating of tri-x in tmax?

I think when I tested it I got an EI of about 500-650 depending on whether I used manual or rotary agitation. Rotary was faster if I recall correctly.

I like cemeteries.
