Fed-2 - light leaks?

Today I got the developed film back with prints.

Some of the prints show some black shadows on them. Example: http://www.flickr.com/photos/florian_d/2285831507/sizes/l/

Are this possible light leaks in the curtains of my Fed-2? 😱
Or is that from maybe stuff on the lens like dust or so?

i followed the link from your signature. it is very strange leak. maybe you have some small hole in the middle of curtain. remove the back of the camera and lens and check it against the light. check it both wound and unwound to see on what curtain is hole.

Well, there's some dust inside my I26M lens. The curtains seem to be tight. There are no holes visible when pointing the camera with removed back and lens towards the computer screen.

Maybe it is related to the strong resistance I feeled while transporting the film back into the can at rewinding? When I opened the back of the camera there were paint splinters from the film-can inside. 😕

I just figured it out - it was some rest of luquid dried on to the negs.

Yeah, that's a real plus. Well, there was that small issue that it cracked off some paint from the film-can. But we will see if it does it again or not with the next film.
Oh and there's some dust in the lens. But hey, it was a bargain and gives pretty results. So, what...😀

Looks like slack processing. I don't think there are any leaks and your camera is probably fine.
