Fed 28/4.5???

While just puttering around surfing, I took a look at Kevin Cameras tonight and found this - a Fed 28/4.5 http://kevincameras.com/gallery/albvk62 I had never heard of a FSU 28 other than the Orion, so this was a surprise. Anyone know anything about it?

According to History of Photography, Vol 3, Number 2, April 1979, page 147, the Dzerzhinsky Commune began producing the 28/4.5 in 1938. There were 2 50mm (3.5 and 2) lenses and a 100/6.3 as well.

Wow, that looks like a fantastic lens, but I doubt it's a collapsible lens, most old 28mm rf lenses are very compact. Does anyone know of which leica lens this is a copy?
