If you mean the shutter speed dial is giving you markedly different shutter speeds than what you expect, try the following.
By trial and error, try all of the shutter speed settings until you find "B"
Loosen the set screw on the rim of the shutter speed dial and rotate the dial until the index mark is set to "B".
Tighten the set screw.
The other speedds should be, as they say, "appropriate".
If you mean that the settings are close, but the speeds are off from their marked settings by a small amount, you may have to open the bottom of the camera and reset the curtain tension. Use the instructions on Jay Javier's site for those procedures.
