take the cover off by sliding it towards or away from the vf window, making sure the edge retaining spring is not lost.

now turn the round rf window till you get proper alignment.
lock this position with a tiny drop of nail polish at the round window's edge.

As xayraa33 says but just to add that altering the vertical is pretty certain to affect the horizontal unless the error was very small.

Blast from the Past; thanks for the reply. "Towards or away from the vf window". Is there any certainty about this? It's a 4b. And that panel seems to be frozen with concrete.

Lever the panel to the left. Be careful with what you use.
